Official Rules & Eligibility

1. Sponsor
This Instagram giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and operated by SBS International ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. Any entrant unable to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility (age, identity, or residency) upon request may be disqualified.
3. Entry
To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Play the game to retrieve your unique giveaway code.
2. Follow @sbs_international on Instagram.
2. Like the post.
3. Comment on the official Instagram post using the following format: "TRANSMISSION RETRIEVED: [GIVEAWAY CODE]"
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Use of multiple Instagram accounts or automated entry software is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The giveaway code must be the unique code retrieved through the game. Comments that do not follow the required format may not qualify as valid entries.
4. Winner Selection & Prize Fulfillment
Potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries that meet the following criteria:

Successful completion of all required social media actions.

Compliance with the required comment format.
Winners may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and/or other proof of eligibility before receiving any prize.
Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM). If a selected winner fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours after notification, cannot verify eligibility, or violates these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless determined otherwise by Sponsor.
5. Publicity Release
By participating, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their Instagram handle, name, likeness, and comment content for promotional and marketing purposes across social media and digital platforms without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Privacy
Information collected (including Instagram handles and any contact information provided for prize shipping) will be used for administration and prize fulfillment. By entering, you acknowledge that your profile and comment are public and visible to other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram/Meta, and their respective affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance/use of any prize.
8. Modification or Cancellation
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
9. Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims, or ambiguities concerning the Promotion.
10. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
